Fair, simple refunds
If something isn't working for you, please write to us. We want every student in the class to actually want to be there.
7-day window
If you've just joined and feel the practice isn't right for you, write to support@shuchitawellness.com within 7 days of your purchase. We'll process a refund for the unused portion of your plan.
After 7 days
After 7 days from the date of purchase, all plans are non-refundable. This is a firm policy and applies to every plan regardless of how many sessions have been attended.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
