Yoga, the way it was meant to feel

No loud music, no performance, no perfect poses. Just slow, attentive movement, honest breath and a little stillness at the end. The practice here is small on purpose, so you're actually seen.

what you'll notice

Small shifts, kept up over weeks

Breath first

Every session begins and ends with breath, the simplest doorway into the body.

Gentle on the body

Practices are adapted to where you are today, not where you think you should be.

Calm, focused mind

Short stillness practices to help you arrive, settle and stay.

Built for mornings

Two 50-minute slots at 6 am and 7 am IST, done before the workday begins.

meet your guide

Hi, I'm Shuchita

I've been practicing yoga personally for years and recently decided to open up small morning classes online. Think of me less as a long-time studio teacher and more as a steady practitioner inviting you onto the mat alongside me.

Classes are live and online in small morning groups at 6 am and 7 am IST, Monday to Friday. Outside of yoga I work full-time as a corporate professional in Delhi, so I know what it takes to keep up a practice around a real workday.
