What we collect

When you enquire, sign up or book a class, we collect basic details such as your name, email, WhatsApp / phone number, the plan you've chosen and anything you write to us in the contact form. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp or email, we keep a record of that thread so we can help you better.

Contact form & WhatsApp data

Messages submitted through the Contact form on this website are stored securely in our leads database (hosted on our backend) so that we can read, reply to and keep track of your enquiry. The WhatsApp number you share is used only to reply to you directly, send class reminders, share YouTube Live links and confirm bookings or payments. We will not add you to any broadcast, group or marketing list, and we will not share your number with third parties.

If you'd like us to delete your contact form submission or WhatsApp number from our records at any time, just email support@shuchitawellness.com and we'll remove it.

How we use it

Your information is used to schedule and run your classes, share live-session links and recordings, send class reminders and respond to your questions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment partners. We don't store your card details on our servers.
