Is it really free?
Yes, the 14 days are completely free. No card, no auto-renewal. After the two weeks you can decide if you'd like to continue with a paid plan.
What are the timings?
Two 50-minute morning slots: 6:00 am IST and 7:00 am IST, Monday to Friday. Pick whichever fits your morning.
Do I need to be flexible or experienced?
Not at all. Most students start with stiff shoulders, tight hips and very little background. Every class is built up gently from the breath.
What do I need at home?
A yoga mat, a quiet corner, and a phone or laptop. A cushion and small blanket help but aren't essential.
What happens after the 14 days?
You'll get an honest summary from me and the option (not a push) to join a 3, 6 or 12-month plan. There's zero pressure to continue.
